Stations: Scientific and practical

Station (1): Scientific journey
Beginning, I say that every researcher and scholar must have faced many difficulties and hardships, this is a path taken by scholars, jurists and intellectuals from ancient times to the present day, what is the most truthful statement in the sheikh's book Abdel Fattah Abu Ghada and what is the greatest news and stories "Pages of the patience of scholars on the adversity of science and achievement", where he mentioned some  of the  scholars news who traveled distances and became tired and saline in order to seek knowledge, as well as examples of jurists who have been patient in the hardship of living and the bitterness of poverty in order to seek knowledge.

Since 1983-1999 AD (1403-1419 AH), it was my specialized scientific journey.

I got the commercial diploma in 1983 AD,  (1403 AH), then a Bachelor of Islamic Economics in 1987 AD, (1407 AH ), then a master of Islamic Economics in 1993 AD (1413 AH), then a higher diploma, a Doctorate in 1994 AD (1414 AH) and a Doctorate in Islamic Economics in 1999 AD (1419 AH). Research interests were focused on consumer behaviour, environmental economics and sustainable development in the light of the rules and characteristics of the Islamic economy.

I believe that the scientific journey should not stop at a certain limit, or a certain age station, for a particular reason or for a particular obstacle, the journey should be frome  cradle to grave, as we have learned, from the inkwell to the cemetery as you drink it.

Station  (2): Books and Authors:
My journey continued with specialization, reading, writing and aurhorship, starting in 1987 AD (1407 AH) - in the university mirror and continuing to write periodically and through special supplements and economic angles and in various newspapers and magazines.

The published books amounted  to more than 160 books, research, papers, studies and folds books, addition to  50 books that will be published.

As for research and refereed  more than  60 research and studies.

My articles: more than 5,800 articles have been published so far, praise be to Allah.

My books: the purposes of Islamic law, the holding of speculation in Islamic jurisprudence and banking, the characteristics of the islamic economic system, the consumer reality of the Islamic world, the contemporary economic language, how Islam addressed unemployment, Ibn Timieh's approach to administrative and economic reform, the economy of globalization, economic windows, economic studies, economic visions, conjugal messages, Jews governing the world, the media economy, the economy of development, disability and the problems of the times, the economy of poverty and the economy of hunger.

My research and studies include: The economic thought of Al-Dalji, the primacy of the Islamic economy, the concept of architecture in the Islamic economy, human and environmental development, the message of fasting and economic Hajj, investment in tourism, modern technology, the demand for administrative change, investment in higher education, purchase fever, the phenomenon of extravagance and waste, difficulties in the way of serious scientific research (economic model), economic terrorism, sustainable tourism.

My folded: Poses with fasting, forty blessings in Ramadan, lessons  from Hajj, hajj season and conference, Twitter out of the squadron, in the month of Ramadan flowers jellyfish, Ramadan and the lust of consumption, fashion is the slogan of the times, food balance, what kind of people you are?

Station (3): Teaching
I had the honor of teaching the course of the entrance to Islamic economics at the Faculty of Sharia, the Department of Sharia, as well as the economic systems Course at the Faculty of Da'wa and The Media Department, and many other courses in the Department of Islamic Economics, the Faculty of Social Sciences, the Center for the Study of Female Students and others in 1993-1996 AD (1414-1416 AH).

There is no doubt that teaching is a pioneering mission and a unique way of enlightenment and education, which at the same time is a catalyst for research, study, reading and analysis, and it is not surprising that we have been preceded in this field by great scientists, jurists, virtuous educators, preachers, and pioneering professors, who have had glorious benign imprints and effects.

These years of teaching have yielded understanding and awareness as well as research projects and articles, and have even been the most important source of the preparation of the draft of some specialized books, and even extended the means of benefit to legal, social, skilled, and linguistic disciplines.

During this perioed,I  prepared research projects frome then:
The economic history of the Islamic world, media  and information economy, and an introduction to Islamic economics, zakat economics. There is no doubt that teaching opens the door wide for every creative researcher, as well as stimulates dialogue and interaction in different ways, and there are experiences and experiences derived from the formulation of tests and calendar models, teaching methods, and academic guidance.

I remember here those rich experiences that I have gained from through dear professors and colleagues, who were to me, thank God, yes, help, give me good advice and good guidance, as well as motivation and encouragement, and I have taken it as a beacon to guide me in teaching methods and teaching methods.

These distinguished professors include: Dr. Hamad Al-Jondiel(may allah be merciful to him), Dr. Ahmed Al-Ghamdi, Dr. Mohammed Al-Ghamdi, Dr. Shawky Dunya, Dr. Mohammed Ali, Dr. Mohammed Al-yamani, Dr. Mohammed Al-Najjar, and colleagues Dr. Abdullah Al-Aliwi, Dr. Mohammed Al-Sohybani, Dr. Mohammed Al-osymi.

During the years (1996/1997/1998)AD (1416/1417/1418 AH), I had the honour to contribute with my colleagues and fellow researchers in the activities of the Deanship of scientific research.

I have been honored by the honesty and membership of the Economic research Committee, and secretariat of the pane discussion seminars.

these years, I was also assigned great tasks, including: research relations, media affairs, membership of the University Journal, Cultural Affairs, supervision of the Deanship Library and the task of cultural exchange between the university and the relevant authorities.

Station (4): Scientific research:

During that period, I was pleased to present some of the targeted participations hopefully, including: the preparation of an economic suppall on behalf of the Islamic Economics Research Unit in the University Mirror, approximately eleven issues, as well as the preparation of the economic bulletin with His Excellency Dr. Abdullah Al-Mua'ad, who was supervising the unit at the time, about six issues, and also participated in the research abstracts project, where I have researched nearly 500 research papers, supervised the discussion slot of sixteen episodes, and prepared two articles for two issues of the scientific research bulletin.

I claim that in those years I was enjoying divine blessing, scientific conquests and a suitable atmosphere for research and schooling, if only those years would return.

Here I remember with pride and pride a number of leading professors, including: Dr. Fahad Al-Samari, Dean of Scientific Research, and Dr. Abdullah Al-Aweishek, Deanship's Agent, Dr. Abdullah Al-torigy, and Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Shahwan, D. Nasser Al-Tarifi, D. Hamed Abdo al-Hadi.

Station (5): Community service and continuing education:

I had the honor of participating and contributing with my fellow professors in the deanship of the University Center for Community Service and Continuing Education, where I supervised the department of programs and courses and was happy to supervise academic scientific on a good number of training courses at the center, and I was happy to be a member of the Deanship Council and the Affiliation Committee, and I was honored with my colleagues in the department of diploma programs to contribute to the preparation, implementation and follow-up of the center's qualifying diplomas in 2000-2003 AD  (1420-1423 AH).

I supervised with my fellow professors at the Center the media and news affairs about the deanship of the center and its activities, programs, courses and news.

A series of proposals and projects were presented to support the center's objectives, such as: the summer program project, the database and information project on faculty members cooperating with the Deanship of the Center, the annual cultural program, the training bag project, the yearbook project and the Bluegraphia project.

It should be emphasized that community service is an important link between the university and community members and institutions to identify and formulate training needs in the form of programmers, both at the level of government institutions and the private sector, and whether these programmers are directed to specialists, teachers, administrators, military, mentors, office or media.

It is well known that the functions of the main universities are three: education, research and community service. The need is urgent to enable members of society and its institutions to benefit scientifically and practically from the University's educational services, in an era of globalization and modern technology.

I still remember with great appreciation those blessed efforts of the happiness of Dr. Ali Al-Zben, Dean of the Center, Dr. Abdullah Al-Luhidan, fellow dean, and colleagues Dr. Shaban Shams, Dr. Ahmed Saqr, Dr. Abdullah Al-Razin, and Dr. Khalid Al-Muhanna.

Adel Al-Khaaly, the deanship's mentor, who participated in the fields of benefit counseling and guidance, quality and competence.

I said earlier, academic consultation in this era has become a landmark in societies and a major requirement in universities. Therefore, each academic had to present his or her efforts, experiences, abilities and consultations, in order to benefit from them.

Station (8): Scientific miracles in the Qur'an and sunnah:

Station  (9): Associations Membership:

Communication with colleagues, professors and pioneers in the field of precision specialization and auxiliary specialties is important.

One of my most important stations was the membership of some associations and participation in their meetings and publications.

Station (13): Memories:
I am honored to remember a group of the finest scientists, professors and researchers who influenced my thinking, specialization and scientific and practical career and i was honored to study on their hands and supervised my research and studies, where I had with some of them useful and useful discussions.

On top of them, His Excellency Dr. Sheikh Hamad ibn Abdul Rahman Al-Jonidel (may allah be merciful to him), science, knowledge,, the gulf of science, literary critic and economic jurist, the rare tragedy, I think as well, and I do not recommend to God anyone.

I had with him prayers, tours, dialogues and discussions, so I benefited from his sciences and benefited from his ethics and learned his approach and style, and he was a good example and the same was god bless us in his work.

Mr. Shawky Ahmed Dunya, a seasoned economist and truly creative genius who is ahead of his time and a caring thinker who taught me the origins of economics and the methods of criticism and analysis, has fond memories and we have hopes and pains together.

There is A.D. AbdulHadi al-Najjar( may allah be merciful to him), with his majestic character, literary pronunciation, powerful thought, exquisite style, great literature and wonderful remarks, with him with unforgettable memories.

As well as A.D. Mohammed ibn Ahmed al-Saleh, A.D. Mohammed al-Ajlan, A.D. AbdulAziz Al-Rabia, A.D. Abdullah ibn Abdul Wahid Thursday, D. Ahmed ibn Ali Al-Ghamdi, D. Mohammed ibn Dmas al-Ghamdi, D. Fayez Al Habib, D. Mohammed Hamed Abdullah, D. Mohammed ibn Abdullah Arafa.

Because the list goes on, I hold the pen against my will, and my sheikhs and teachers, whom I have overlooked, may be excused, and they are not forgotten by their Lord.

Station (14): The Future (Pains and Hopes):

Who are the pioneers of the Islamic economy?

For years, I have been wondering with pain and sadness: Who are the pioneers of the Islamic economy?!

Are they the professors of economics and jurisprudence only, or political leaders, money changers, orientalists, or mercenary clerks?.

I have observed with my teachers, colleagues and my student children strange pains, great questions and provocative questions about the name of the Islamic economy, its career, its realism, its theories, its origins, its rules and Islamic financial institutions.

Indeed, many have questioned the leadership and uniqueness of the Islamic economy, and unfortunately, among those doubters were members of our own skin, who claimed, jealousand defended Islam and claimed to carry the banner of objectivity.

However, the future, thank God, for the Islamic economy, has been witnessed by these enemies, and the truth is that the enemies have witnessed it, and many Western orientalists and intellectuals have pointed out that the Islamic economy will prevail in the world, especially after the collapse of socialism and the disease of capitalism.

Globalization, with its propaganda, policies and mechanisms, is a true witness to the need of the entire world for the Islamic economy.
